Tiara Air has announced an increase to their Aruba/Bonaire flight schedule to three times per week. They have also revised the schedule to accommodate earlier morning flights and added a new evening flight with allows travelers to make connections to and from the US and Venezuela via Aruba on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Travelers destined for the US also have a new option for flights from (but not to) the States on Sundays.

Other direct flight options from the States & Europe:

Continental Airlines offers direct flights to Bonaire from Newark New Jersey and Houston Texas. Flight #1553 departs Newark at 11:55 PM every Saturday night and arrives on Bonaire Sunday morning at 4:12 AM. Return Continental flight #1556 departs Bonaire at 6:00 AM Sunday arriving at 10:44 AM in Newark.

The Houston/Bonaire flight  #1898 departs Houston at 11:30 PM every Friday and Saturday, arriving on Bonaire the next morning at 5:00 AM. Continental flight #1899 will then depart Bonaire at 7:30 AM each Saturday and Sunday, arriving in Houston at 11:20 AM. Continental passengers are reminded that they need to reserve their condos for the night before their arrival date to ensure early morning access prior to the standard 2:00 PM check in time!

Delta Airlines flies direct Atlanta/Bonaire every Saturday. Flight #0663 departs Atlanta at 9:40 AM arriving in Bonaire at 1:50 PM.  The return flight departs Bonaire at 3:10 PM arriving in Atlanta at 7:42 PM.

Insel Air offers a Saturday direct flight from Miami to Bonaire, as well as a variety of options for flights connecting via Curacao. MIA-BON Outbound Flight #908 departs MIA at 3:55 PM and arrives in Bonaire at 6:55 PM, the return flight #907 departs Bonaire at 11:25 AM and arrives in Miami at 2:25 PM, offering plenty of time to make late afternoon connecting flights.

KLM offers direct flights from Amsterdam to Bonaire several times each week.

Dive Into Summer Bonaire Highlights

The fourth Bonaire Dive Into Summer, a four-month long event taking place from June 1 to September 30 2010 will feature a myriad of activities. Dive Friends Bonaire Coral Spawning Activities

Bonaire Seaside's dive partner, Dive Friends Bonaire is organizing special night dives for our guests interested in witnessing this phenomenon. A special coral spawning guided night dive will be available during peak periods for $49.00 per person (excluding equipment and air), plus 5% sales tax, with a minimum of four persons.
