At present, there is new construction underway on the adjacent property on our north side. Very moderate noise may be expected weekdays from approximately 7am-5pm.

To minimize any disturbance, we will house guests in the apartments units furthest away from the construction area. We will also offer guests the following special:

June 5 - August 27 and October 2 - December 17, 2010: Seven Night Drive & Dive Packages include 1 Night Free*

August 28 - October 1, 2010:  Seven Night Drive & Dive Packages include 2 Nights Free*

* Pay the $6.50 per person per night room tax only on the free nights.
